Tibetan Tiger Carpet ~ Golden Beige

I am head over heels with these incredible tiger carpets that I found during my travels to India. Each carpet is made by hand by skilled artisans in Kashmir, the most northern part of India. Using a technique called chainstitch, colourful pure wool yarn is stitched by hook through cotton. Each carpet takes up to two months to complete. 

We are stocking these beautiful carpets in a selection of bold colours in very small quantities. This one is one our newest additions and larger than the rest of our carpets. The stunning Tibetan tiger carpet looks stunning and is a true eye-catcher with its rich earthy tones and bold stripes.
